Post 40%-80% LSD 2.0mm vs 2.5mm disc

I am trying to convert a factory ZF from an SC from 40% to 80% for race use. You have to modify the number and location of the inner splined clutch discs. The factory mauals and the factory parts book lists 2.0mm discs. The original discs have been discontinued and replaced by part# 951 332 551 00 disc. These should be 2.0mm according to the parts book but the measure 2.5mm. When installed and torque is applied the dif starts slipping at around 135 ft/lbs. It should slip at 58 ft/lbs

Dave

We've still got the 2.0mm friction discs.

Thanks for the reply Paul. I ended up getting some 2.0mm discs form Carquip out here in Colorado. You would think Porsche would come up with a plan for this update that almost worked.
