Fast 924 to 951 project
I've got a 79 924(laugh now), and I'm dropping in the drivetrain from a wrecked 951 S2. I want to use the 951 crossmember, and suspension/brakes. Can anyone give me any good advice about the crossmember swap?

I know it won't, I have to cut and weld whether I use the the 924 cross member or the 951 cross member. I've been told it's easier to modify the 924's, but I'd like to use the 951's.

Where are you living on Vancouver Island? I have a friend in Victoria that has done that swap. I believe he used a 924 turbo chassis and intalled the 951 drivetrain.
