Hi all,

I am looking to find a set of muffler bypass pipes for my 2006 997 S. I know many people buy the fabsped set new for ~$500 but pull them off quickly because its too loud. I like loud. Thought I might try to save myself a few hundred bucks.

Message me if you have a set.

Thanks!

Do you know if ones from a 2002 c4s will fit? I will be pulling a set of mine.

I agree. Definitely hear them in person first before buying. I have a set on my car that sounded nice at idle and at the top end but not so nice everywhere else (it also drones pretty bad). I am not sure if the fluttering noise I'm hearing is from the bypass pipes or it's just something with the car but yah I got a whole lot of flutter which sounded completely awful. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it for now since I was convinced it was an exhaust leak and welded it on 🤦🏻*♂️.

TBH I haven't heard the Bypass in person. I currently have the stock PSE setup and was woefully disappointed in the noise. Ive read countless forums about tons of different setups, the one thing I can tell for certain is that the muffler bypass seems to be the loudest. I figured id blow a couple hundred bucks to get it loud and work my way backwards. Id hate to spend over a grand on a complete system that ends up not loud enough.
