Very nice condition. The books themselves are mint. The case is very clean but -- as seen in the photos on eBay -- exhibits some wear from sitting on a shelf for the past 9 years.

Given the prices listed on Amazon currently -- all nine listed at over $1,500 -- this is a steal.
