Lightly used wall mounted wheel hangers

Lightly used wall mounted steel wheel hangers, quantity two.
The protrusion tube length is 22".
There are two holes that fit 1/4" lag screws, arranged vertically above and below the protrusion tube. The base plates are 8 1/4" high by 4" wide.
I put a piece of 1/2" plywood behind where I wanted to locate the hangers and picked up the wall studs with the plywood.
