I have a few major parts that I started to assemble for this project:
1. A 'pizza box' style manifold that many on this forum have used to great success to blow the old girl up to 500+rwhp.
2. A 95mm throttle from a Nissan Q45
3. A supercharger bypass valve from a Mini Cooper
4. A Bosch intercooler water pump
5. Two manifold absolute pressure sensors (was going to ditch the MAF)
6. A bunch of 8-rib drive belt pulleys to get the drive from the crankshaft to the blower unit: one large diameter for the crankshaft, one smaller diameter for the crankshaft for a 'mild-one'; two ribbed idler pulleys, one steel and one plastic (tension- and slack-side); a spring-tensioner pulley unit and one other idler, both non-ribbed.
This stuff cost me over £500 to assemble. I had a lot of fun planning my pipe-dream so I'd be happy to see $400 or £300 for it all, plus shipping to wherever you are (I'm in the UK).
If you are considering doing a 928SC project you'll already know about these manifolds and you'll also know that there is a lot of work to do to turn it into a viable prospect. I've just taken a small amount of of the legwork away for you!
