996 DAS Roll Bar/Half Cage Bolt in. Easily installed/removed with absolutely no modifications needed. Bolts into stock seat belt floor anchors and rear shock tower studs. Powder Coated metallic black.

This came out of my 2002 Sunroof Coupe, had perfect clearance of headliner

No idea about a Targa, think back seats could remain but kind of pointless...easily removed.
