If you are still looking for this setup, I have one available. Dension gateway 500, Sirius XM tuner, NAV-TV and Tooki BT modules. plug and play with harness, cables, and Fiber Optics. I bought it second hand, never installed. I don't have manuals or instructions. I can do $500 shipped. I can email you pics of the setup if you like. LMK
