I may have lead to factory LSD that came from a low mileage 993 TT but I believe is same as that used in 1989-1993 911 964 Series G50 Trans LSD. My recollection was that it was around $1000. Let me know if that is of interest and I'll make contact with the guy.
Can;t promise it is still avaialble but I know he had it when I last spoke to him.
