Pad shape is 8006 rears and 2707 fronts. I've been using on a 997.2 GT3 but can be used in a variety of 996/997s. Based on my short research: Fronts should fit all 996 GT2/GT3, all 997 GT3/GT3RS and all 997 Turbos. Rears should fit 997.2 C and C4, all 997 Turbo, all 997 GT3/GT3RS
Bought these last season but ended up switching to steel rotors
