I'm looking for a garage that can store two cars (one can be stored on an open trailer).

It has to be able to contain the open trailer also.

It needs to have electricity and preferably some sort of climate control option.

I need this year around. I am open to either purchasing a two car (or larger) garage or renting it for a reasonable price.
