Pelican offers the Bosch for about US$918.- and the Automotive Lighting replica for about US$ 584.- which has some problems fitting according to a comment listed.
Yes, there may be some cheaper on eBay but what about condition? All bulbs working? Reflectors not damaged?

FWIW :
The 993 headlights that are now sold by Porsche are made by Automotive Lighting.
I installed these recently without any kind of problem.

Exactly.....why buy the Bosch original when you can get a cheaper aftermarket replica? Good enough as long as they work......maybe triple post?

Searched here for headlights and found this thread. Thanks for the info!! I found this website: www.importecautoparts.com and decided to give these OEM lights a try for my 1996 Targa I just repainted. Best price with Suncoast was $750 per side, and these are the same lights. Wish me luck!!

Alex, are you sure you need the entire headlight? I replaced just the lenses with brand new ones, lights look new. I got them here:
