SOLD. Used 911 exhaust muffler, Bischoff 911/2-1, 930 022 00 / 979; purchased used in early 1990s for 1978 911SC but never used; painted grey ceramic 500 degree engine enamel. $120 plus shipping from Zip 33761, weight approximately 26# plus taped on double cardboard to protect in shipping. Photos attached to show complete muffler (L1080959W)[note hanger strap creases in this photo], part numbers (L1080955W & L1089956W), small dents around inlet and tail pipe (L1080952W). From the date code this muffler was mostly likely installed on a 1980 911SC. SOLD

Any idea if it'll fit on a1985 911? I'm looking for a muffler and catalytic converter.

Type 2

The 1984 to 1989 911 Carrera 3.2 NA Bischoff exhaust has a different part number. I honestly do not know if the two parts are interchangable. The mufflers look the same, but I would suggest that you keep looking for muffler identified as a 1985 part. Thanks for your inquiry.
