This Safety Devices 6-point bolt-in roll cage is designed to fit US spec Porsche 993s with a sunroof. It comes from a customer’s well-maintained and pampered street-car and, like the car, shows no signs of abuse. The cage is particularly useful for those interested in using their street-car for track days and driver education as the door bars can easily be removed for street driving while the majority of the cage structure can remain in place. Additionally, the cage comes complete with a seat-back brace suitable for use with composite (but not aluminum) one-piece race seats. These braces are required when using any seat that is past its FIA date, but the brace also improves the safety of even those seats that are still FIA compliant. New, the cage alone was $1,600 and the seat back brace was $200. These particular gently used items are available at our Charleston, SC facility for $800. All items are available for pickup at our Charleston, SC facility or the buyer can pay actual shipping cost for the delivery service of their choosing.
