They came off of a 1983 911 SC and they may fit a 944 family car, but I am not sure (mentioned to me, not known fact).

My dumb *** picked these up in Phoenix for my 928 from a guy that said they came off of a 928. Took them in and had them refninished, balanced, etc at Nu WHeel here in Tucson (they do great work) with my other set and did not pay attention to the off set until I went to put them on...

They do not work on a 928 and when I called the guy back (nice guy since it had been 6 months) and said "You told me these were for a 928", he said "err, no, those came off my 83 911, the manholes were from the 928... oops man"...

Anyhow, I am stuck with a perfect set of rims... anyone needs a set? I have too much in them, but I think they are worth about $300 each for OK condition, these are perfect, so I think $1100 is fair... let me know if I am in left feild...

Spun, did you sell your wheels? I so for which Porsche model? I have the same wheels in my garage and like you I'm trying to understand on which platform they would fit, not much infos about these cup wheels with this offset (?).

I did and the work on the 911 and the 944 from that era.... the chap that bought them in NY put them on his 911... perfect fit...
