2 sets of two double filament bulbs (4 total) - bulbs are #9004 and fit the H-5 style carriers as used in the 964, may also fit other models. These are the high wattage 100w/80w bulbs and you may want to upgrade the lamp sockets to a higher temperature rated socket.
