996 3.4L engine/parts

I am parting out my 1999 996 Ocean blue Carrera (the car has only 54K total miles). I haven't gotten everything apart yet but the big things that are for sale are: (1) 3.4L Porsche crate engine with wiring harness (new from factory) with about 14K street and track miles. It has been maintained by Fairfield County Motorsport, Motul 300V oil changed after every 1-2 events. This engine has only 12 DE events on it! It also has an under drive pulley, Mantis Sport oil sump extension and windage tray. The original dyno numbers at install were 244 HP/214 ft-lb torque to the rear wheels. I never had it re-dynoed after break in but the engine always ran strong. Price for a new reman 3.4L engine is $18,451.85 (with core exchange). Asking $11,500 for a quick sale. (2) Tranmission type G96/00. This is essentially new, totally rebuilt with new gears with only about 6K miles on it and new transmission fluid 3 weeks ago. $2850. (3) DAS sport Roll bar for 996 sunroof coupe (may fit non-sunroof also). Excellent condition. $950. Porsche X-74 suspension. This probably has about 10K street/track miles on it. Awesome suspension for a bolt in, non adjustable one. Very stiff and provides great handling! $1500. There are also various body panels, original metropol blue leather seats/interior, etc. I'll have more info and pics once I start dismantling the car. Thanks!

Actually, I spoke with several professional sources before posting and this is a very reasonable price. It is based on the fact that list price for a factory reman 3.4L engine with a GOOD core exchange is $18,451.00 (wholesale shop price of $15,604). This is what a good engine is selling for, if you can find them. Was yours a new, factory reman engine or a 1999 engine that wasn't driven much? RMS issues, etc.? This engine has 12 DE events on it (maybe 3K miles?). The rest are street miles, much of which were for maintenance. I am not trying to gouge anyone, but I also will not give it away for nothing. I will consider all offers. I know how the engine has been driven and maintained (broken in on the dyno, oil changes, etc. after each event or 2). Glad you were able to find a great deal.
