Rather than drill multiple holes, I went the poor man's cup box route and trimmed out several large sections. One of the two rear clips has broken off, but the remaining clip and the two front clips that are on the other half of the air box have securely held it in place during the several years that I ran with it.
I may also have the "horn" section in the garage somewhere, and will include it, but you should assume that I don't have it to be on the safe side.
The K&N is used, and has the usual deformation of small sections of the screen (if you have tried to wrestle one of these in to our cars with a stock air box cover, you know what I mean).
Price is $125 or best reasonable offer, + $20 shipping in the CONUS. Paypal only.
