We do on most websites but for a few reasons I don't here. A. The website doesn't have nearly all the options we offer. B. It's nice to talk with people first. A lot of our customers don't know exactly what they want, and in some instances we can steer them in a better direction so they are happier. C. We give people a rennlist member discount which isn't on the website. It's also easier to give the discount up front rather than a partial refund.
