968 16V cylinder head complete without cams $1000, with cams: $1200 (+ shipping & any fees).

Head came off a running engine, in good condition, tensioner/chain mounts are good.
Been sitting on the shelf for over 10 years, a refresh is recommended.
The cams are in good condition. The variocam tensioner is not included, but available separate.
