I am not interested in Waldemar seats, recovered seats or seats that need to be recovered for this specific car. I am hoping to find a set of original, well loved seats in excellent to near perfect condition. They would be going into my blue turquoise C4S pictured below. I am willing to pay $$$$$ for a really nice set of seats for this super special car. Thanks!

WOW! That car is amazing. If you give up on the seats and decide it's easier to sell the car - PM me.

I know you’re looking for the 993 variety of seats. However, they seem to be pretty rare to see up for sale.
My colleague was able to put a set of the 996 embossed hardbacks into his 993, which he described as a fairly straightforward procedure. I believe he used a similar protocol to the one listed on pelican (see below).

Depending on what you want to accomplish, it might be an option for you. The 996 hardback seats are much more plentiful (supply wise), based on what Im regularly seeing for sale on the forums/ebay/etc. Consequently, they’re far less expensive, and finding a pristine set is relatively easy.
With that being said, they’re obviously NOT the same as the 993 variety. So it comes down to your personal preference/desire to keep the vehicle as factory correct as possible. But the 996 version WILL work.
There’s quite a bit of cross compatibility in these cars. I’ve changed out the seats in both of my Boxster and Cayman (numerous times). Right now, I’m running the 996 Euro GT3
Recaros (in my 987.1 S), and RS60 987 Carrera Red natural leather sport seats in my 986 S.
Anyhow, Best of luck with your search!

95_993: Thank you! I would certainly appreciate it. It seems sellers don’t understand the demand for these. Both black pairs I saw in the last month sold in an hour at giveaway prices.
Porsche911benz: Thank you, I certainly appreciate the suggestion. I have found one set (not up to par) and missed two sets just in the last month, so I will hold out hope. I am really only interested in original hardbacks for this car. I’m willing to wait a long time, and I’m willing to pay top dollar for the right set.

u7t2p7: Yes. I actually bought the black C4S in Utah, and I shipped the Blue Turquoise car out here from FL as well. The roads are a lot more fun in Utah!
