Does anyone in the NOVA (northern VA,DC MD) area have boxes for shipping wheels? If so, I would appreciate it if I could pick them up. Thanks!

Just go to home depot and buy two heavy duty 22x22x22 boxes. They're about 3 or 4 bucks each. Then wrap the wheels with bubble wrap and put one front and one rear in each box. This has been the easiest and cheapest way to ship wheels for me.

Or go to a high end tire store that sells a lot of aftermarket wheels. They'll have boxes they'll give you from wheels they sold and installed.
