I have two lightly used tires with ~75% tread remaining and even wear. One track day and then street use, less than 3k miles. Purchased brand new (one owner) from Tire Rack two years ago and vehicle always parked in a garage in San Jose, CA. Tires are in very good condition, no sidewall impact, no patches, no flat spots.
