Like new-Perfect condition
Comes with spacers and lugs as seen on my 2009 C4S.

On your C4S, what size spacers are you using?
I thought they would fit perfect without any spacers.
Do you have a picture that shows their concavity and how flushed the setup is at the fenders?

Not sure. Possibly without the spacers. Maybe one of the 996 Gurus can chime in.

7mm Front
14mm Rear

Probably would look good without them but the stance is awesome with them.
