Default 996/986/997 sparco brackets

I bought these from another member thinking they'd fit a set of recaros I wanted to put in my Boxster but the seating holes are too close together so I'm reselling them.

$125 shipped

They have been modified by the previous owner to make seat mounting and removal easier, please see the photos.
Thanks
Shawn

Shawn,
It appears that the two parts are different? Can you explain why?

Also, I'm a bit unclear as to the modifications that were made on the drivers bracket. Was the cover plate cut off or was something welded back on. Its hard to tell from the pics. Given the safety importance of this part, I just want to be clear on what was done.

thanks

Very fair question. I purchased these from another member here who had done the modification of removing bracket material from the upper frame for better access to the floor bolts. (You can see this in one of the pictures on the rear of the bracket)

They feel in build quality and appearance to be two separate part numbers I don't know which is which, I only have the information I posted. I'm not using them because they didn't fit the evo IX seats I'm using.

I'm just looking to make a few dollars back off something that didn't work out. I'm more than happy to make a deal with anyone who thinks these can fit their application.

Thanks for the question
Shawn

I made the same modification on mine. Otherwise you can’t get a socket on the bolts and torque them properly.
