medium Hans III neck restraint with quick release helmet locks. This is the newer light weight version. Only used at a few DEs. Looks new, No spots, scratches, tears, or loose threads. Includes backing plates and thin wrench for helmets without predrilled threads.

These come with quick release anchors which work great. You can get the strap replaced with any connector at Wine Country Motorsports and I would guess other shops for $45 as part of their recertification service. That would also update the cert., but this is good until end of 2020 as is.
