I'm selling a freshly rebuilt 3.0 engine to go 3.6. Currently has just under 5k miles (since rebuild). It was rebuilt after finding numerous broken head studs after pulling it for a valve adjustment. This will be a full dropout that includes everything needed to run it from CIS to exhaust. The entire case was broken down and re-sealed, every gasket was replaced, and re-timed. The engine pulls incredibly and the CIS system is fully functioning. I had the car on a dyno this past Saturday and it made 186/188 on a NASA certified Dynojet. With SSI's and a 964 cam, I'm sure she would scream. Dyno sheet and video are on the flickr album alongside quite a few pictures of the rebuild. The entire rebuild was done by myself and a BMW master tech. All parts were sourced from WorldPac, Pelican, or SSF. The motor is still in the car so mileage will go up about 20 miles a day as it is daily driven. If you're local, we can set up a time for you to hear the engine and drive it until the 3.6 is assembled.

Everything else was redone to factory specs. A/C and Blower motor have been removed but can be included in the sale if wanted. It will take 7-10 days to remove the engine, crate it, and ship it. Engine is sold as is.
