I shipped one of these from Chicago to Miami using R&L lift-gate service for around $350 (commercial pickup and delivery, residential would have been more) plus I paid a woodworking friend $150 to build a crate around it using $75 worth of plywood from Home Depot. It took him 6 hours to build the crate.
