These CARGRAPHIC sport rear silencers with 2x integrated
big volume 200 cell highflow HD catalytic convertersare made
from T-304L "lightweight" stainless steel and have been
developed and tested to the highest standard on the dyno.
They are designed as absorptive silencers which reduce
exhaust back pressure drastically. The result is beside
more power and torque a better response characteristic.
Further evidence of improvements made, are recognised
through an enhanced accoustic and weight reduction.
Strenghtened brackets as well as the olive- and slide
system ensure an exact adjustment, which guarantees a
stressless installation.

New modular design with the possibility of interchanging
components. Developed for maximum flow this unique

Do you need a tune to use this exhaust with the 200 cell cats?

Why the catalytic converter in the mufflers as well as in the OEM headers they are supposed to be used with? I can't see that they substitute the cats in the headers since there is no bungs for the oxygen sensors?

The secondary cats in the mufflers are not necessary and can be completely removed. This is a common mod on 987.1 cars. But maybe in places like California where emission laws are so strict, the secondary cats are necessary to pass the tests? Note that in 987.2 models, there are no cats in the mufflers BUT they've put two in each manifold! And the second one is also placed after the oxygen sensor.
