Has anyone else had a problem with this seller? I purchased and paid for (in full) a set of wheels/tires with center caps in MAY and never received the caps. Nothing but excuses so far and now he's not responding to emails.

I received the center caps from him after a few weeks. Communication was very tough as he kept promising to send a tracking number. I PM'd him several times.

Due to a deaths in the family, crazy work schedules and bad luck a 3rd set in on the way as per your email. I haven't been on here in quite a long time. 1st set got sent to the wrong seller who is out of the country, 2nd set was damaged during shipping and with 80+ hour work weeks I never saw the forums and the email was in my trash/spam. Sorry again as life got in the way and you paid for it, my apologies!
