Default New Panamera Help needed

I just took delivery on my 17 4S. Unbelievable car, it's night and day improvement over the old. This is now as close to a 4 door 911 as it gets. However, the new touch screen setup definitely has some issues.

I can't stand the fact that essentially all screen functions are frozen while car is moving. There is got to be a way to deactivate this....

A lot of the screen functions don't save. For example, the default setting is only for the driver's door to unlock upon entry. I changed the setting to unlock all doors instead. However, this function goes back to the default every time the door unlocks.

Another issue I am having is to have the mirrors folded when parked and locked. This function will not save no matter what. Has anyone else had this issue?

Again, I just took delivery 2 days ago and have only put less than 20 miles on it. I am trying to learn everything but there is a huge learning curve.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Had the same issues. Drove me insane. Those settings are tied to then"personal" memory settings. Either key or button. So after you set the car the way you want...make sure you store them either in the key (preferably) or memory locations.

Try it and I think you will be pleased.

Correct - Store the settings as you store the driver memory settings in the door. Problem solved.

When you say store in the key, how do you do that exactly?

Got it. The seat memory didn't work but pressing the key button did. Thanks for the help.

The sun finally came out today so I pulled it out for some pictures. Good thing about white is you can't tell when it's dirty. The car is actually filthy. I h

aven't it wash it since delivery. It got shipped to So. Cal from Houston.

Nice! I was thinking of tinting my panny when I get it. If you don't mind me asking, where did you tint your car in so cal? Are there any scratches like the previous panny? Thanks in advance!
