Thanks for sharing. What an amazing machine- a 4.0l twin turbo V-8 running at 1.4bar...

On the other hand, with that kind of boost, I wonder what the reliability will be?

Yes but is is not made to drive soley in electric mode.
I own previos s e-hybrid. I live in small town and most if not all daily drive is down only on electric power. When I go further two engines work together.

For a car which is heavy - 2.150kg (4750 pounds) and has 416HP, consumption is very low - 10L on 100km (25mpg) - that is average on 10.000 miles.

Fuel consumption was not the reason for buying it, advanced tech and state tax were. Such 4S (similar power) model would cost 25% more just because of tax.

live having the 918 in a 4 door.

too bad they do not offer it in the turismo.
