Default brake squeal at low speeds?

anyone experience brake squeal at low speeds, usually when approaching a stop sign/light? i know owners of other Porsche vehicles have complained about this but i don't think i've ever seen a Panamera owner ask this question.

i've asked Porsche as well as two other independent shops and they all tell me it's normal and my brakes are fine. Plenty of brake pad material left and rotors still thicker than min thickness.

and yes i've tried braking hard to remove any glazing... and i've also tried to bed-in the brakes... both didn't really do anything.

recently seems to be a little more noticeable... also wondering how i would even know there's an issue w/ the brakes if it's never not squealing.

any help would be appreciated

Brake squeal is "normal" and irritating. Basically it's caused by a harmonic vibration that sets up between the pad, rotor and caliper. Some brands of pads are less likely to squeal than others and there are also products that help minimize squeal with the pads you already have.

You have to remove the pads to apply. What year and model Panamera do you have. It should have some anti-squeal shims as original equipment. How many miles?
