wrong oil added
I added a little over 1 quart of Mobil One 0-30 instead of 0-40 to my 23 GTS V8. Anything to be concerned about?

With the engine oil capacity being as high as it is you have zero worries. 30W still has plenty of viscosity

There is not a ton of difference between those oils. The leftover 5w30 I had from my last oil change I poured into another car that wants 5w20 lol.
