lol, you forgot the most important step.....need to be patient. Patience's during installation, patience's for it to connect. patience's when you go to the car after 30 minutes and you see the dreaded "if this phone is connected for the first time........" after you've already gone thru the connection process. Just give it a minute. Absolutely love mine now!

Correct his videos are for the Joyeauto but to clarify:
The two major hurdles that the video covers is agnostic to the unit you are installing are:
1.) How to remove the PCM from a 991
2.) How do you break apart the PCM unit.
