Yes, it is a common error that people forget to disable the original PCM BT. I did the same when I first got my Isudar board. The BT connection MUST always be to Isudar BT only.

Please let us know if checking the antennas makes a difference or not.

On my Panamera 4s my 2012 i've PCM BT and Mr12Volt (same as Isudar) BT and there is no problem.

Mt 12V is one of those solutions that has a circuit board inside the PCM plus an additional box under the dash, isn't it? I don't know much about how they work, but with the Isudar you MUST connect to the Isudar BT and not to the PCM BT or it won't work properly.

Re the BT not connecting sometimes:in my Cayenne if I put my phone in-between the gearstick and the PCM it would sometimes lose connection even though it was so close.So I now put my phone either in the cup holder, door pocket or between the seats and it works perfectly.

I've had a Isudar card in my PCM and i never had problem with BT.
Yes you need connect Isudar BT and yes you need connect PCM BT

Hey guys finally got the insudar installed and working correctly along with the rear camera. Any idea if there is a quick was to activate the front camera if i install one? Is activation only via the front view icon via menu settings? There isn’t any quick buttons?

The short answer is no. However, there are a few times if I put into reverse, and then back to D, then press+hold "Info", my front aftermarket camera would show up.

@ironleung I have the Insudar card installed in my wife's Macan without a front camera but from looking at the Isudar "Settings" menu, it looks like by design, when the car is in reverse, the rear camera is activated. Then, if moving the gear selector from reverse to forward directly, Isudar turns the front camera on for the time that is set in the Isudar "Settings" menu. I suggest you give it a try to validate that this is working like I described.

That is right. It's to help with back-and-forward parking manoeuvres, where you often want to see a view of front and back alternately as you try to get into position. Also good for what we Limeys call 'three point turns' and what I believe you guys call 'K turns'. It's a nice, clever feature IMO.

I'm loving my Isudar board and have a question: what's the deal with new versions/features of/in AA when they come out - are we likely to get them in new firmware or are we stuck with what was available when we bought the board?

Similar questions here. I installed mine years ago and have had zero issues therefore haven't been reading this thread. Just curious if I'm missing any worthwhile development over the last years.

Note: I've only ever (and ever plan to) use wired connection. I can tell a difference and have never in my life heard a wireless automotive ACP/AA that can match wired sound quality.

Might also explain why I've been happy and haven't had issues with my early-ish production board and FW. :shrug:

I doubt there will be an issue going forward, an issue with incompatibility would affect all previous head units that provide AA capability. Most in not all of this capability and I believe features as well comes from the attached phone, not the interface within the head unit.

Hi all. I have the isudar board installed. Everything was working perfectly then I park the car for a week and now no display or sound from the PCM. I have tired reset using the holding info button and pulling the fuse and letting it sit for awhile but still nothing. I did notice a slight power drain as it sits on a battery tender but it is not connected to my phone during this time and the battery still has 12.5v. Any ideas what's wrong? Thank you.

No display from the PCM when attempting to use the AA interface or no display at all during normal operation of the PCM?

Sorry to clarify there is not display during normal operation of the PCM. When first putting the key in the screen of the PCM should display but now it's just black.
