971 - Panamera Interior Trim Options
Hey Panamera People!
So, I’ve seen this question come up in different threads, but now it’s personal - I’m thinking of swapping the trim in my 2018 4 e-hybrid. The interior is Black/Chalk, currently with the Piano Black trim. Here’s my question, I’m considering swapping that out for Anthracite Birch. Does anyone out there have this combination that would be willing to share some photos of how it looks? I’ve not seen it in person, and it isn’t a cheap upgrade, so I really would like to be sure of my choice before pulling the trigger. I think my backup option would be the Dark Walnut, but I’m not confident that works as well with Black/Chalk. I do know I don’t want Carbon Fiber. Sooooo, how do you all feel about the various options with this interior? And can you back up your opinion with pictures to help?
Thanks everyone!

It'll look great. I've seen the birch with cream and it'll be even better with chalk.

Ordered from Suncoast. However, might take a couple of months, or more, to get them. There are still orderable, but I get the impression that will eventually change. I'll post before/after pics once received/installed.

Oh my! Sorry to leave this thread hanging for so long. Took me a while to get everything installed. Especially the ashtray cover since I should have done that when I installed the closing cupholders. Anyway, pics here. This is with supplemental lighting(supplemental dust, too!). Generally you won't see it quite so dramatically unless the light hits it just right. The upshot being that it is a rather "quiet" enhancement, but it's very nice. I do very much like the way it turned out. What do you guys think?

I like it. It's a subtle change (as opposed to a brown wood trim piece) compared to the Piano Black but adds much more texture and depth to the trim pieces. Great job!

I got the chalk + anthracite abachi with my car and...yours looks even better. The abachi wood is pretty consistent, like mahogany, the grain almost disappears. Yours has more texture. So much better than the piano black, esp w the chalk interior. I'll post a pic from my pre-purchase shopping.
