Buying used 2014 Panamera S - common problems/what to look for
 

Hey all,


I am considering buying a used 2014 Panamera S with 86k miles on it. Obviously, this is high mileage for a Porsche and I was wondering if it's too high to be worth buying (it is priced right under $30k)? It would be my first adventure with Porsche, so not too familiar with their dependability.... Would it be worth it to invest in a pre purchase inspection?


I am planning on test driving it soon and wanted to see if there are any common problems I should pay extra attention to? Also, are there any packages/features/technologies that make it better/worse?


Finally, I am a DIY type of guy and am planning on doing most of the maintenance myself. Is it doable on this car, or did they make it hard to work on without specialized tools? If there is some website or thread on this forum worth reading I would appreciate links too!
