Default Replacing exhaust tips on 19P4S

Planning on replacing the stock tips but see there is hardly any tool clearance. Does the rear bumper need to come off or is there some magic required? Many thanks in advance.

In case anyone else wants the answer, no, you don’t need to do much to change them. A low profile torx set from amazon, $20 or so, is all that’s needed to get the screw out for each tip. Replace the tip with a Porsche part that takes the same fastener, and the screw goes right back in. The dealer quoted me $1800. I ended up getting the tips from suncoast and buying the torx set - $1095+20. Very easy.

Same here. Bought suncoast tips and the low profile torx screw bits on amazon. Then had to squeeze them in, but did the job myself
