Official response from Cargraphic below(slightly edited from germenglish). I tried this method and it worked for me. Much happier now
I only wanted to lower the rear a bit more and i'm now sitting about 5mm lower than before in the rear, just perfect imo.

The fine adjusting has to be operated as follows:
  • Measure the current height at each corner before adjusting.
  • Turn off the car completely.
  • The adjusting hole with 1 point (dot) is for adjusting the rear axle only and the adjusting hole with 2 points (dot) is for adjusting the front- and rear axle together.
  • One complete turn clockwise lowers the suspension about 2mm, likewise full counterclockwise turns raises by 2mm.
  • After you have completed the adjustment turn on the car engine, then lift(allow to settle a few seconds) and then lower it by using the car’s PCM. This procedure helps the car to recognize the manual adjustment you just performed. Please make sure all doors and trunk are closed when lifting and lowering by using the car’s PCM.
  • The adjustment / programming is completed now.
  • Measure the height at each corner to calculate change.

Wondering how much is the lowering module? Can’t find any price info on their website.
