Is there any software that needs to be updated? is it free through porsche?

also, how can I update my maps/navi to the most current? (any easy/cheap/free way to do this?)

did you really just use free/ cheap and Porsche in the same sentence?! LOL

you need to buy the map update ($255 from suncoast.com) and then pay to have your dealer install it as you need their tool to do it

Assuming the update comes on a CD, can the update be used for several cars with the same equipment and version?

yea basically i was asking to see if its a CD.. then someone who's already purchased it can sell it to me for a fraction etc etc.
