Yeah, of the 8 bolts that hold on the bumper, 1 of them was stripped. So took a long break and rested my mind. Then, pounded a smaller socket on the worn head and cranked that sucker off. Saved you all the footage of me staring, cussing, and weeping... lol

...that'll be in the director's cut I bet. And make sure to have some after credit scenes too.

Default Done!

New radiator came today. All back together. Now the hard part. Got to get it to a tech that can fill the A/C system, top off the coolant, and make sure it's all set to go...!

Default Made a grill insert for $2.04...

$2.04 gutter leaf guard from Lowes.

Painted and cut to fit. Black zip tie to keep it in place.

Should help keep the big stuff out anyway...!

Good find on the leaf guard. I will put in when I change the air filter next service. Thanks.

Got it to an AC tech near my house, and for $99, they filled the system (with dye as well), made sure all the connections were tight, checked for radiator coolant leaks (none!), and got it all sorted. So for $330 in parts, $100 for A/C shop labor, and lots and lots of detailed rock picking from radiator fins, we are on the road again...!
