Default Uneven ride height on rear (dont have airmatic)- any help? pics

hey guys if someone can give their opinions it would be appreciated, I noticed today that there is a different in the ride height on my rear wheels, one is fine and the other looks lifted by quite a bit. I recently had the vehicle on a hoist when getting an oil change at the mechanic and havent driven in a few days, will this self correct or do I have to adjust something? I attached pictures. thank you.

Never heard of this on a steel spring Panamera. Could the lift have been pushing on the suspension instead of the jack point and bent something? Take it back.

after driving it it seems to have gone back to level.....any idea how that could have happened with the traditional spring suspension?

LOL looks like someone forgot to take out the transport pucks!
I have also seen that if spring work was done and the spring is not sitting flat against the bell housing.
Usually scares the **** out of the customer or tech that drives the car afterwards when it fixes itself.
sounds like a gunshot.
My guess would be transport pucks or you hit one HELL of a pothole
