Default Difference between 2013 and 2014+?

I'm in the market for a pre-owned Panamera GTS. I was originally looking for a 2015+, but a 2013 GTS popped up for sale locally with good options and a good price. I know the styling changed, a bit, and the GTS got +10hp, but I also know that automakers typically update a bunch of little details that don't make it into the magazines. I'm especially curious about suspension tuning/calibration/reliability, engine reliability improvements, and details of any PCM updates.

If the 2015 rides and handles better or will be more reliable, I might pass on this car and look for a newer one.

The 2014 and 2015 Panameras are essentially the same, from my understanding, and an improvement over the earlier years in terms of reliability. There are some improved changes/additions in the menu options in the digital controls, as I recall, but I don't remember what they are. I have a 2015 Panamera and think it runs wonderfully, even with 90k miles on it now -- very few problems over the life of the car.
