Does anybody know if the e-Hybrid qualifies for California Carpool sticker?

I just asked my contact at CARB that very question and he told me it does not qualify. Porsche decided not to provide the additional information required by CARB to get the carpool sticker. A big mistake as the car could have qualified and then the sales would have been substantially higher especially in the LA and Bay Area markets.
