I have the dual exhaust on the turbo and it is not working. The aholes in dealership gave me a quote for new mufflers, pipes basically a whole new system because some crappy valve has failed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It appears from the drawing that the vacuum unit is sold separately. I would check to see if it the vacuum actuator unit versus the actual valve (which is part of the muffler assembly) - Item #15 on drawing.

Need to know year of your car to confirm correct vacuum part number --- this is an example only.
