Default 21in all season tires

I recently bought a 2017 Panamera 4 and it has the 21 inch turbo wheels with Pirelli summer performance tires. Live in New England and have to start thinking about the winter. Tire rack lists Pirelli Cinturato P7 or Continental Procontact TX in 21inch size that fits this car. Any experience with these? The contis are about 25% cheaper..

I am not interested in dedicated set for summer and winter as I am too lazy to do this twice a year. Thanks in advance!

I have had the conti procontacts on a 911. They are good, quiet tires. BUT they do not handle like the summer performance tires. They are a little softer in the sidewall and you can feel it s not as sharp. For everyday normal driving they are fine IMO.
I currently have all season Conti s on my Pana. It s not a race car, and you will get a nicer ride . LOL.

I run the Pirelli all season on my 2014 PTT here in Colorado. Have not touched my snow tires in two seasons.

I too have the Pirellis on my 16 GTS, they run very quiet. Not as sharp/grippy as performance tires but they work well for my needs and have done fine in the winter.
