Awesome car and nice color combo. I had the opportunity to sit in one and start the engine with a few stabs of the throttle pedal. Sounds good enough to buy on exhaust note alone. Unfortunately the roof was a few inches too low for me to be comfortable in it but otherwise stellar car and I dig the current Lexus interior design language sans mouse pad.

For the polarizing exterior, truly special exhaust note, gorgeous interior and fantastic build quality - I can't think of another GT car just under $100k with the exception of a 911 that comes close. I feel the LC500 is a little more 'special' than a 911, too.

Cheers on the purchase.

Heavy.
Prius tail lights.
Ridiculous front grill. Same front grill on every Lexus, including their SUVs.

Looks nice, just never been a fan of the interiors on these cars. Buttons and controls have always felt cheap and seem to age quickly.

I watched the in depth review by Doug DeMuro about the car and it looked like nothing but quality. He mentioned that every button and touchable surface was top notch. Nothing looked or felt cheap. If I was in the market for a luxury grand tourer this would definitely be on my list.

I'm not a fan of the styling and design. It's not smooth, not classic, not aggressive. It's just... alien. I heard the exhaust note in a quick commercial before a movie recently, and would almost be willing to overlook the design of the exterior for a sound that cool... but I could get that sound with a Camaro or 'Vette or Hellcat. Those also don't much appeal to my tastes.

I wonder if this is car is why Derek Carr's black turboS cab was traded in at our local Lexus dealer a couple months ago.

But, I do LOVE Lexus reliability!
