Hey Para,

i´m also heavily thinking about importing one too.
heard to many voices which now stick in my head - that also RS drivers will be really happy with an ACR. as long we do not speak about daily/street driving... i don´t care if bumpy, loud, etc. Those things for me are part of the character of a car. Emotion.
if we are honest the 991 is nearly to good in it / in everything. searching something "edgy" as a Caterham is for example.

regarding warranty i will have an issue within EU. but yeah... anyhow...
import i´m quite experienced. further i would have also one, two professionals on hand which can assist.

now i´m searching a good example to buy already within the EU (with US title or not i don´t care).
or to import one straight away from US. if someone knows one - please post in here or PN me anytime. no jokes. if the offer is good i will buy.

You might consider Viper Exchange's (in Texas) Tractive Suspension to make it more comfortable.

i didn´t driven one till now.
not even any US car since my year with my camed C6Z06... which was not good compared to 997, even to E92M3... chassis wise. anyother story.

thank you for the hint Robert! but i tought to get/keep it as uncivilised as possible.
if i could - and it would make somehow sense from the money point of view - i would drive as weekend warrior a 911 Cup.

I'm shocked by how good the ride is. I think it's largely attributable to the bubble gum tires and high quality shocks.

Honestly...I think it rides better than my 997.2 GT3 did...

looking really good Robert!!

i need one.

just for those who hasn´t seen it often enough:

in US the prices for one year old / max. 4.000miles ACR´s are around 120-130k$?
which homepages to check best?
why there is no good platform within US as mobile.de is for example? cars.com it is not...

Autotrader will get you about 80% of the available cars (save for classics and speciality cars). CarGurus is another one.

Ride quality on an ACR is abysmal. But the worst part is that it has one single speaker. Good luck using Bluetooth! It's not something you're going to enjoy on the street.

On the track, it's the simply the best. Unbeatable. Needs about 150 horsepower more but it's phenomenal. No wheel spin exiting corners. Perfectly balanced with no bad behaviors.

Very nice!

Courtney at Viper Exchange was great to work with - they are selling some GTS-R's with the Ring graphics. I added stage 2 and other mods VE went thru the car / engine added 20k to the car but it is worth it. Hoping to have VE send me a graphics package to install.

The last year 2017 Viper addressed the engine issues by adding a station to clean the engines - panel fitment etc a lot was improved.
