Default Buying used McLaren 570s

I test drove a McLaren 570s last week and was blown away. My only reservation is reliability. Anyone have experience owning it? Best price i could find was around low $150,000.

Reliability is the main issue with them. If you really like the car go ahead and get the extended warranty through McLaren. I think its like 3500-4000 a year. You live in palm beach so there is a dealer near you too.

I own an early (#224) 570S and it has been among the most reliable cars I have ever owned. Three and a half years, 13k miles, and I had a small coolant leak, a stress fracture in the windshield, and a wonky battery replaced (probably my fault, I wasn't using the trickle charger as recommended) and that's it. I simply love the car, I can echo your "blown away" comment. Steering feel and chassis dynamics are very Lotus-like (I tracked an Elise for 4 years), power is simply explosive, efficiency is impressive (27 mpg at 85-90 on a trip to LA a few months ago), the interior is high quality and comfortable, everything works (excellent sound system - Bowers and Wilkins - modern nav, bluetooth, etc). I couldn't be happier, and I've owned a number of Porsches, Ferraris, BMW M-cars, Loti, Z06 Vettes, etc. Oh, and I love the looks. IMO, you can't go wrong.
